O'Reilly Reassigned to Milwaukee

Not surprisingly, Cal O'Reilly has been reassigned to Milwaukee. With the return of Dave Scatachard last night, the Preds were at the roster maximum of 23 and had too many centers.

O'Reilly did pick up an assist in the game against Minnesota last Saturday for his first point of the year.

PREDATORS REASSIGN FORWARD CAL O’REILLY TO MILWAUKEE


Nashville, Tenn. (December 11, 2009) – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that forward Cal O’Reilly has been reassigned to Milwaukee (AHL).


O’Reilly, 23 (9/30/86), played in three games during his most recent stint with the Predators, recording his first point of the season on Dec. 2 at Minnesota. In nine games with Nashville during a pair of recalls this season, the Toronto native has one assist and two penalty minutes.


The Predators finish off a four-game homestand tomorrow night against the Central Division rival Detroit Red Wings (7 p.m.), and a limited tickets are available.
