POTG Radio with Mark Willoughby and Weekend Round-Up

The Nashville Predators finished their pre-Olympic schedule with a big win over the Pittsburgh Penguins in a shootout on Sunday. Amazingly, the Preds remain in seventh place in the competitive Western Conference in spite of inconsistent play and going 4-4-2 in the last ten games.

Tonight on POTG Radio we will take stock of the Predators situation in a discussion with Mark Willoughby of The View From 111. Mark spent the last week following the Preds through the Big Apple and Pittsburgh and will have a full report of the last week's activities.

Additionally, Mark spent the last two nights dining with Preds GM David Poile and Pete Weber and Terry Crisp so he should have plenty of insight as to what to expect after the Olympic break as well as other interesting stories from hanging with the Predators on the road.

This is a show that I am looking forward to that should be a lot of fun. Join us live tonight at 7 p.m. Central or later for the podcast.

The web site "Nashville is Talking" ended on Friday. While this post say's it "died" a while back, I still enjoyed it. Christian Grantham gives his final thoughts.

Another day another geek toy... this time from Xtranormal, where you can turn test in to movies. Here's the first one that I saw from Southern Beale that makes fun of NewsChannel5.

Still another geeky thing... Threadsy, an app that combines all your in-boxes in one place. It's by invite only at this point but they are running rampant on Twitter. Thanks to dani3boyz for mine. This link may work if you want to try to sign up.
